For 4 people
Ingredients:
water
7 medium sized potatoes
3 carrots
4 eggs
1/2 cup of peas
1 can of tuna
teaspoon of salt
Directions:
- Fill a third of a pan with water and drop teaspoon of salt.
- Peel the carrots, slice them and poor them into the pan (even if the water is not boiling).
- Let them boil for ten minutes.
- Peel the potatoes, cut them in small cubs and poor them into the pan.
- Add the eggs.
- Let it now boil for 5 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup of peas and let it boil until they are cooked.
- When the peas are cooked pass the content of the pan throw a big enough strainer so the water will come out.
- Put the rest in a bowl, take off the egg shell and slice the eggs.
- Shred the tuna and poor into the bowl.
