Easy Chocolate Cake (no oil)

This is my favourite recipe for chocolate cake. It is absolutely amazing.

Ingredients:
7 oz of unsweetened chocolate (200 gr)
1/2 cup of white granulated sugar (100 gr)
4/5 cups of flour (100 gr)
1/2 cup of plain yougurt (vanilla yogurt can also be used)
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of baking powder


Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 365 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the eggs and the sugar and mix well until it is whitish.
  3. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in an appropriate bowl ( only a few seconds at a time. be sure not to burn the chocolate)
  4. Combine the whitish mixture with the flour, baking powder and the plain yogurt and mix well.
  5. Then add the melted chocolate.
  6. Mix very well ( I did it with a spoon but I guess you can do it with a food processor)
  7. Grease and flour a pan and pour the mixture in it.
  8. Bake at 365 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
